Divine Aroma Energy Private Limited and its affiliates (Registered address:#1057, Dr Rajkumar road, 4th M block Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, India, hereinafter referred to as “DA", "we", “our” or "us") respect and protect your privacies. We will collect, store, use and provide your personal information which you provide to us through the Divine Aroma App in accordance with our privacy policy (the "policy") when using our products or services.
We will explain to you through this policy how we manage your personal information and privacy details when using our products and services. This policy is closely related to your use of our services, and we recommend that you carefully read and understand all the contents of this policy to make your choice as appropriate. We strive to use plain and concise language to explain, there are marked in bold tone to ask your attention to significant clauses about your rights and interests in this policy.
1. Keyword explanation
1) "User personal information" in the policy means all information about a particular individual, or in combination with other information accessed by Divine Aroma which can identify data about this person directly or indirectly, hereinafter referred to as "personal information".
2) "Intelligent terminal" refers to products with Internet access function, data transmission capacity, and human-computer interaction interface which are produced and manufactured by hardware manufacturers, including Divine Aroma scent equipment. These are the smart terminal products that are purchased and used by users.

If you do not to provide the necessary personal information, you will not be able to continue to use our products or services. If you continue to use our products or services, we will assume that you are willing to provide your personal information. We may collect the following information:
l Information you provide or upload to us: we may collect personal information such as your phone number which you may input into the App to access and operate Divine Aroma wifi equipment.
l Terminal or SIM card-related information: we may collect or operate Divine Aroma terminal information, such as IMEI code, IMSI code, system version, device manufacturer information, model name, and network carrier. We may also collect relevant device information of your account, such as MAC address, DID, device network status (IP/ network signal), and firmware version.
l We may collect and use information of your Divine Aroma account.
l Location information (for specific services / functions only) : various types of information related to your location, such as region and country code, city code, mobile network code, mobile device country code, area identification code, area name, latitude and longitude information, time zone Settings, and language Settings.
l Login information: information related to certain functions, mobile applications, and websites, such as cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, and system crash information.
l Account credentials: information about your account credentials, such as passwords, password security questions, and answers.
3. How we use personal information
We will use your information in following situations:
1) Provide, handle, maintain, improve and develop our products and/or services to you, as well as the services provided by equipment manufacturer/Divine Aroma.
2) Communicate with you about devices, services or any general queries (such as updates, device firmware/software updates, customer inquiry support, related information, notifications, etc. ).
3) Analyze and develop statistical information related to our products and services to make improvements.
4) Store and maintain account information for our business operations or legal obligations.
5) It is not necessary to communicate with our server to provide local services
More details on how we use your information are provided below:
l Create your account. To set up users’ personal account and profile page (personal information are collected from creating account through web page or our wifi devices).
l Provide location-based services. When using and accessing Divine Aroma equipments, we may use the location information to determine the time zone of the device, so as to ensure the accurate time display in the devices, login to the service area, and open the corresponding devices for you in advance according to your choices. You can turn it off any time by Divine Aroma application.
l Device access. Device can be operated by Divine Aroma App. We will check out the authenticity of devices, and therefore, we verify device’s legal identity by checking information of delivered MAC and DID. In addition, device needs to be connected to network, you need to use Divine Aroma App to set the corresponding network. This process requires you to input the corresponding wi-fi name and password (this information is only used for network allocation of device). The wi-fi and password will be encrypted and stored in the local device, and will not be uploaded to our server. You can enter device to delete these information any time. At the same time, we need to select the most optimal networking mode for device by judging IP and network signals to ensure the networking stability of device.
l Device status display. Allows you to view the device status remotely so that you can see the device in action at all times.
l Set up automated tasks. The information reported by your device (the information is from your device, the specific settable information depends on your privacy authorization scope of the device, and each additional device will provide the relevant provisions of the privacy policy , which you choose to agree or not), which can be used to create your personal automated tasks.
l Provide push service. The account number and IMEI number will also be used to provide Divine Aroma App push service to send notification to users. You can always turn it off by preferences in message Settings.
l Collect user feedback. In order to track your feedback, Divine Aroma may contact you and keep records. Your feedback is invaluable helping us to improve our services.
l Sending notifications. We may send important notifications based on your personal information from time to time, such as notifications of abnormal operation of device, push notifications of your customized device (depending on the circumstances of your purchase of device), our terms, conditions and policy changes.
4. If and how we provide personal information to third-parties
1) Sharing
We promise to keep your information confidential and do not share your information with third-parties. We only share your information with third parties (as defined below), including our partners, in following circumstances:
(1) The business share
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in order to provide products or services you need.
l Depending on the specific situation, we will provide certain personal information to the partners who cooperate with Divine Aroma to provide products and services or assist Divine Aroma’s customers. We only share personal information with third parties, such as products and services providers, improvers and advertisers. 1. Telephone permission (read the telephone identification code) : accessing to the telephone identification code is required for machine configuring to network, otherwise the internet connection cannot be completed.
2. Location permission: open the location information for the network configuration of the machine, otherwise the internet connection cannot be completed.
3. Read the list of installed applications provided by phone, if required.
4. Storage permission: store the password and cache data, in which the password is only stored locally.
5, Camera permission: only used to scan to add machine, if required for certain functions.
6. How we keep Information Securely
We promise to keep your personal information securely. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we have made a reasonable plan to protect the information we get from your use of Divine Aroma equipments and App. We will take all reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. We guarantee that Divine Aroma employees who provide products and services to you through access to this information have strict confidentiality obligations. We will take all feasible steps to protect your personal information. However, you should realize that the use of the Internet is not always safe. Therefore, we can not guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information when it is transmitted in two directions through the Internet.
We will take appropriate measures against personal data disclosure, such as to notify the leakage to the relevant regulatory authorities, or, in some cases, inform the data subject of personal data disclosure in accordance with the law (including your local data protection law).

Our application may access certain functions on your device, such as Wi-Fi network status. This information is used to allow these applications to run on your device and allow you to interact with them.
