Directions for use: Recommend Evening Bath, burner or inhalation

• 1-2 drops to the desired area after dilution [2% EO in carrier oil/base]
• Add several drops to, and use with potpourri, diffuser lockets, aroma burners, aroma diffusers (may not work with all burners/diffusers since it is made in almond oil which may be heavy for some burners/diffusers) 
  
• Add to the back of the pillow.
  
• Inhalations : 2-3 drops in warm water/humidifier
  
• Run a warm bath and add 6-8 drops
