Directions for use: Recommend Bath and massage
- Use with potpourri, diffuser lockets, aroma burners, diffusers (may not work with all burners/diffusers since it is made in almond oil which may be heavy for some burners/diffusers)
- 1-2 drops to the desired area after dilution [2% EO in carrier oil/base]

Add to the back of the pillow, to a wet cotton ball and place by the bedside, to a handkerchief

Run a warm bath and add 6-8 drops
